Dick Conner Correctional Center

Dick Conner Correctional Center is located in Hominy Oklahoma.  It is a medium security prison that houses 1,196 adult males.  Over half of the inmates (68%) are incarcerated here for a violent offense.  Inmates at Dick Conner Correctional Center are able to participate in the offender work program.  Medium custody inmates can work jobs like preparing food, facility maintenance, and custodial work within the institution.  Minimum custody inmates can work in the Prisoner Public Work Program which provides labor crews for Hominy and Cleveland.  Adult basic education and GED classes are offered to inmates who do not possess a diploma.  For inmates who already have a high school diploma they can take college courses and earn an associates degree through Tulsa Community College.

Dick Conner Correctional Center gives offenders full time access to medical and emergency care treatment.  This facility participates in the Oklahoma Correctional Industries program which provides jobs for over 150 inmates.  Additional programs at this facility teach inmates life skills and include a faith based program aimed at reintegration.
