Northeast Reintegration Center

Northeast Reintegration Center is a minimum security prison located in Cleveland Ohio.  It houses approximately 605 minimum and medium security female inmates even though Northeast Reintegration Center was constructed to have a maximum capacity of 350 inmates.  All inmates who are housed here are required to sign an agreement to participate in extensive rehabilitation programing ranging from academic courses to mental health treatment.  Northeast Reintegration Center was also rated one of the safest facilities in all of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections.

The main purpose of Northeast Reintegration Center is to prepare female inmates for a successful transition from custody back to society.  Inmates who do not possess a diploma will be required to take adult basic education classes and earn a GED.  Additional vocational courses in horticulture and administrative technologies are available.  Offenders may also participate in a faith based reintegration program that allows inmates to be with their families for worship services and focuses on the emotional, spiritual and familial aspects of the inmate.

Visiting Hours at Northeast Reintegration Center:

All visits at Northeast Reintegration Center are by appointment only.  You must schedule your visit at least 24 hours in advance by calling 216-771-6460 ext. 2010 on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 8am-10am or 5pm-9pm.  Visitation occurs on Saturdays, Sundays and Tuesdays in two sessions from 8am-12:30pm and 1pm-5:30pm, and on Mondays from 9am-1:30pm and2pm-6:30pm.
