Colquitt County Correctional Institution

Colquitt County Correctional Institution is located in Moultrie Georgia.  It is a medium level correctional facility that incarcerates 190 adult males.  Inmates are held in four dormitories, with 55 beds in each.  Inmates who have disciplinary and behavioral issues, or who have safety concerns are held in one of twelve solitary cells.

Vocational skills that inmates can acquire while incarcerated include heavy equipment operation, auto repair and maintenance, electric, air conditioning, laundry and food services.  The chaplains office gives religious studies and worship services to inmates, and even offers a choir group.  Inmates can also receive counseling and earn a GED.
