Lincoln Correctional Center is located in Logan County Illinois.  The prison is a minimum security institution that can house up to 1,018 adult males.  Offenders are housed in five dormitories.  If an inmate has safety/security concerns or presents as difficult to manage they will be housed in the segregation unit.  Selected inmates can work within the correctional industries in a furniture shop.

Counseling services are available and offer inmates access to Narcotics/Alcoholics Anonymous groups, parenting classes, anger management, and sex offender treatment.  Inmates can also earn a GED and get an adult basic education while incarcerated.  Vocational opportunities include custodial work, business management, computer technologies, culinary arts, horticulture and various construction based disciplines.

Visiting Hours at Lincoln Correctional Center:

Visiting occurs everyday from 8:30am-7pm.  6pm is the cutoff for visitation, if you arrive after 6pm you will not be admitted to visitation.  Inmates can have seven visits per month, only three of the visits can occur on weekends or holidays.
