My inmate is telling me that I have to send him a copy of my phone bill in order for him to call me. I've sent 2 phone bills to him; the first one around the 2nd or 3rd of February. The second one was sent on or about the 16th of February. He has received my letters but not my phone bills. Am I doing something wrong in sending it directly to him? Do I need to address it to the prison directly or do you even require a phone bill? I would appreciate it if you could get back with me and let me know what I need to do. Thanking you in advance for your time and assistance in this matter. Kim Hunter

Hi Kimmie
They do require a copy of the first page of your cell phone bill. They lost mine a couple times too. It has to be sent to the inmate then there is a specific way the inmate has to submit it. You can call his caseworker too and they can help with the process. Unfortunately once they do receive the phone bill it takes a few weeks to get approval.
Hope that helps
